Mr. Ska's News Stand
Big Changes -- and Another Move (18:30) 3-15-99

Well, the Pro Shop made a suprise move over the week. I didn't know about it any sooner then anyone else did. I won't disrespect anyone with displaying the details here, but we were removed from Telefragged. There was a mis-understanding, and both parties thought it better that we found a new location. I apologize for the inconvenience.

On a happier note, we've found another host, here at fear.net. Special thanks go out to Fex for his grascious hosting and e-mail services. He saved the Pro Shop's butt - I owe him a huge thanks. Pelase update your bookmarks. The new address is http://proshop.fear.net .

I also have a really great idea for the Pro Shop, that I should be adding very soon. It will be a walkthrough and tutorial for each map. I will display all of the weapon locations, secrets, and effective playing styles for each map that is released. Send your thoughts to me, and my new e-mail address, [email protected] . All of the links have been updated, such as the forms for joining CAPP and the Clan Directory Submission Page.

There new site is located at aqmd.telefragged.com, be sure to check it out. They promise a slew of new maps upon their full arrival to the new location, so check back there really soon. All of the links have been updated.

Stick 'em up, wise-guy! (02:25) 3-6-99

The Actor's Guild inventory is really piling up. Over there now are 4 new gun models, an Uzi replacing the Mp5, AK-47 replacing the M4, new looking Sniper Rifle, and a Tommy Gun for the M4. Also, there are about 20 new skins available for download. Keep checking back here for all the updates. That site is really picking up some momentum.

CGI Demon Cast Out Once and for All. (22:30) 3-1-99

We finally fixed the CGI counter, now they are the same on both the sites, and the number has been brought back up to what it was before this
problem.

On a less important note, my clan, The Professionals, just received its 100 hit. The site has been up for 6 days.

I have also received several e-mails asking to make modifications/additions to the CAPP page. I will get to these as soon as possible.

Late Winter Cleaning! (13:30) 2-28-99

After consulting Mr. Ska, I finally decided to go ahead with my idea for the Clan Directory. So, I took it upon myself, and added a few clans from the AQMD Staging Area page, and my own clan. Also, in an attempt to clear out my mailbox, I've put up a form at the CAPP page and Clan Directory pages -- you fill the form out, and I'll add you to the page as quickly as possible.

Alpha Capture the Briefcase on Fool's Paradise (00:30) 2-26-99

Capture the Briefcase is now being run on Fool's Paradise (lostinfo.com). Go on over there for an early look at the code. It's not near finished, but this should give you and idea of what the AQDT (Action Quake Development Team) has planned. Read all about it at the official AQDT Page.
