i read oddjob's tutorial at the guild, and i still can't get the vwep to work fer my gun... qme either warps the model, aligns it in one frame only, or just doesn't align it at all. any ideas short of doing it frame by frame ( trust me, it takes about 1 hour per player model that way, and i've still got SAS, sydney, female and terrorist to do )

also...
ne1 know anything about varms / where to get the male and female varms models? q2pmp?
