Yeah, no big surprise though, England was really sloppy, not what you would expect of England. The only time they played up to par was in the last 10 minutes of the second half. EE - what are you talking about? Romania and England have pretty much the same style of play. That day even the team setups were the same... two strikers, four defenders, and everyone clumping around midfield during the action.
