A while back i remember someone saying there was something that replaced the IE interface that windows uses. I looked around for it but didn't find anything. Ideas?? IP: 152.7.71.120 |

litestep. don't use it if you are unfamiliar with registry editing, win.ini and system.ini editing, etc. not because you need to know that, but if shit goes wrong, you need to know it to fix it. IP: 24.188.200.148 |

I don't think Litestep is a good idea for you, if Q2 commands gave you trouble... ![]() ------------------ IP: 24.4.252.75 |

You may be looking for 98Lite. It's not really a replacement shell, but it does replace the bloated Win98 version of the Explorer shell with the plain (supposedly faster and more stable) Win95 version. You get the enhanced 98 engine, without all the extra shell crap. In my experience, it tends to be like any other instance of mixing and matching files... There will be a few problems here and there... Then again, I haven't tried it lately... ------------------ IP: 208.224.0.50 |
