Everything related to Gangsters, from the server and client files, to the maps and other stuff can be found in under 'Downloads'.
A readme file, a playing tutorial and any upcoming info can be found in the 'Docs' section. The 'Extras' are for upcoming theme packs
and other addons that add flavour to Gangsters.
