Arena has been combined with Espionage Tournament Edition!

This has the features of Arena, Espionage, and TE and can change modes (normal TeamPlay, normal DeathMatch, TE mode, Espionage mode, Arena mode, Espionage Tournament Edition mode-play organized matches for CTB and ATL!) by simply using RCON to change one CVAR and then restarting/changing the map.
