Details
The M4 is a more compact and lightweight version of
the famous M16 Machinegun, it has a firing rate of slightly less
than the MP5 but does much more damage. Shots from the M4 are
penetrating so if you hit somebody the bullet will come out the
other side and hit anybody behind them too, the kevlar vest is also
useless against this monster. In the interests of fairness the M4
was made more difficult to use in AQ2 by causing the gun to ride up
as it fires making it quite difficult to use the gun accurately. as
with the MP5, the M4 operates in automatic or 3-round burst modes
with the 3-round burst being much more accurate and also having the
advantage that the gun will not ride up. The M4 is a very loud
weapon which is great for scaring people and making yourself feel
big but it also means that your location is easy to pinpoint and
it's harder for you to hear other people since you're going to be
where the noise is loudest.
If you can use it well, the M4 can be the most deadly weapon in the
game.
